Complete recording of a common equine-training practice in which a horse is made to move in circles around a handler positioned at a fixed point. Filmed from above, the work examines the formal and political implications of imposing ideal geometric figures—here, the circle—on living bodies and spaces. The images frame the handler as an unstable center of a circumference that never fully closes, while the animal traces the perimeter and the rope acts as the radius.
